Back-to-school season is upon us, and for many families, that means scrambling to get all the supplies their kids need to succeed. But for some families, even the most basic supplies are out of reach. That’s why ReluTech decided to forgo their annual summer bash and instead donated over $5,000 to buy supplies for three local schools. We’re grateful that we can support these schools with their academic needs, so they can continue to impact children’s lives positively.

“When we as a company decided to cancel our annual summer party, we wanted to reallocate those funds in a way where we could make a difference in the community,” said Sandra ten Haaf, Director Head of Human Resources at ReluTech, “ReluTech employees saw an opportunity to ‘pay it forward’ by buying school supplies for the kids who needed it. I couldn’t be prouder!”

We’re proud to work alongside such stewards of our community and thankful for the opportunity to make a difference in our neighborhood! Our team members packed over 300 backpacks filled with pencils, paper, notebooks, rulers, crayons, and more. We hope this will help ease the financial burden on families and allow kids to start the school year on the right foot.
