Cloud Factory

ReluTech has a long history of helping companies build out entire teams dedicated to public cloud. Our unique approach ensures your company will have a fully functional team ready to tackle any project; such as a technology rewrite, DevOps initiative, or cloud migration.

There are several ways to build out a cloud team, and all have their pros and cons.

Your internal HR team could continue to try to fill open roles or facilitate training of existing staff. The challenge will be executing anything in a timely fashion.

You could leverage a consulting company to do all the work for you (at a significant cost) and “train the trainer” in the process.

Or, you can turn to ReluTech’s Cloud Factory model!

With the Cloud Factory, our approach is to build small, highly effective teams consisting of a public cloud expert. They serve as trainers and SME along with a small leave-behind team of new hires and existing employees with domain expertise.

Deliverables typically include:

Gap Analysis

We will identify the skill sets of your existing team and holes that need to be filled.

Agile Talent Placement

ReluTech SME and Customer will identify internal and external talent for each team,  with the objective of building, training and empowering your team over a 3-6 month term.

Training

Each team member, especially all new hires, will be evaluated for necessary training to be completed during the 3-6 month ramp up.

ReluTech SME

Relutech SME will begin identifying, onboarding and training candidates for the following team as the first one ramps up.

The ReluTech Cloud Factory approach is highly effective when multiple similar projects need to be completed over a period of time. Typical use cases include:

Creating DevOps Teams

Migrating Applications to the public cloud

Rewriting applications using containers & microservices

Migrating Databases

“We knew we needed to migrate to AWS, but were faced with a significant hurdle. ReluTech provided a unique solution that was not presented to us by any consulting companies. As a growth company with limited capital, we could not afford excessive expenses to keep legacy systems operating while simultaneously investing in cloud resources.
