SUMMARY:
ReluTech is looking for an experienced Director of Infrastructure Solutions to join our Infrastructure team as we partner with some of the best companies across the Southeast to help build better IT organizations. Striking the right balance between flexibility and efficiency, our ideal candidate has an innate nature to lead a team of skillful sales associates and collaboratively develop marketing strategies to amplify sales of our infrastructure solutions.

Reporting to the President, you’ll be joining one of the top companies in Atlanta (check out our workplace awards from the AJC and Atlanta Business Chronicle, to name a few) as you grow relationships with new and existing customers, generate new business, and champion ReluTech’s full suite of IT solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Manage a strong team of sales account executives that help generate new business in order to increase sales volumes
  • Develop strategies and market the company’s infrastructure service offerings to generate new business relationships, increase revenue growth, and present solutions to meet costumer’s need
  • Create and drive an organizational business development plan strategy that successfully allows the organization to meet its monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals and initiatives
  • Proactively address concerns, conflicts, and interactions with team members
  • Work with CEO, President, Marketing Manager, and Sales Team Leaders to develop marketing strategies for specific target audiences across multiple markets
  • Lead and mentor sales team members, ensuring that the Department is staffed with highly motivated and skilled professionals who will contribute to ReluTech’s overall success
  • Scale the team as the company grows – profile the best team players, develop a pipeline of candidates and recruit as needed
  • Assess sales team performance, lead efforts for performance improvement, and manage through changes including promotions, roles changes, and departures
  • Motivate team with creative incentives and inspire through a shared vision and values
  • Regularly report on key individual and team metrics to identify strengths and area for improvement

 

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years experience in Infrastructure sales with metrics to back up your success (you crushed your quotas)
  • 5+ years experience in a supervisory or management role leading high performance teams
  • Understanding of traditional cold calling, warm calling and prospect identification strategies
  • Effective people manager able to align individual career goals with corporate objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with an articulate, outgoing, and engaging approach to interpersonal relationships
  • Knowledge of technical jargon and skill sets within the infrastructure realm
  • A high level of motivation, good time management and organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and hustler-level sense of urgency—we’re a fast-growing company and need someone who can keep up
