Atlanta, GA – March 2, 2020 – ReluTech has been awarded a 2020 Top Workplaces honor by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The list is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

With more than 4,500 companies within the Metro-Atlanta area that were nominated for this award, ReluTech was one of the top 150 companies to receive this honor, placing 32 out of 65 in the small company division.

The ReluTech leadership team prioritizes hiring driven, young professionals and holding them accountable to live out our six core values. A few perks available to employees include professional development courses, snack bar, community outreach programs, monthly lunch and learns, wellness events, newly renovated office space, and an incentive vacation for overachieving sales reps.

“When you’ve built a team like the one we’ve created at ReluTech, it’s important to retain them and help them continue to be their best,” said Mark Metz, CEO of ReluTech. “We want everyone to be highly engaged. When your people are engaged, your customers, company, and employees reap the benefits.”

We are honored to have been selected as one of the Top Workplaces by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. It is just a testament to what we are trying to accomplish here at ReluTech: to be the company that our customers recommend, employees are proud of, and our community values.
