Legacy Hardware Migration
Running legacy hardware while migrating to AWS creates a migration bubble, where costs of running dual environments create a financial barrier. We have built a calculator to quickly estimate the extent of this migration bubble, and the savings that can be generated from legacy hardware by engaging Relutech.
With a very limited amount of data, we can provide a rough estimate of savings over the life of the migration. At a minimum, tell us the number of physical servers and we can instantly produce an estimate. Fine tune your estimate as other information becomes available – like the number of VM's, exact migration timeline, etc.
Talent & Cost of Vacancy
We address the talent required to perform the intended migration and can provide an estimate of the "Cost of Vacancy". Shortages of talent on the customer's team can lengthen migration times and have hidden costs by extending the migration bubble.
Each migration is different, and using the same variables from above (number of servers, migration time, etc), we can provide an instant cost of vacancy for your exact scenario based on number of positions, and the time to fill these positions.
