To all the job seekers: these are tough times that have obviously disrupted the career paths of many professionals out there. However, if you have hit the job market, you need to know that companies are still hiring, but the landscape for the interview process has changed. Here are some simple tips on how to prepare for this new process:
- Be prepared and open to taking and completing remote personality or technical assessments quickly.
- Be prepared and flexible for multiple phone interviews that will require a quiet, distraction-free environment.
- Be prepared for video interviews. Test out your webcam and wifi before the interview starts. Dress professionally and create a business-like setup in your home.
