Beau Fleming is the Director of Hardware at ReluTech, where he leads the hardware division with a focus on SLA compliance, logistics, and hardware lifecycle management. He brings over a decade of experience in IT hardware and operations across multiple companies in the data center and enterprise hardware space.
Beau played a key role in developing ReluTech's hardware facility in Norcross, Georgia, an expansion that improved turnaround times and increased service capacity. His work spans hardware operations management, asset disposition, and cloud migration support — helping clients transition off on-premise infrastructure while recovering value from existing assets.
Before ReluTech, Beau spent over six years as Sales Manager at Reliant Technology and over seven years as a Senior Sales Executive at Atlantix Global, both companies focused on enterprise IT hardware. He also founded PNJ Properties, a real estate investment company focused on distressed residential notes.
