What Does This Score Mean?

A Net Promoter Score reflects the likelihood a customer would recommend ReluTech to a friend or colleague.

Our score is calculated by subtracting the percentage of customers who would not recommend us from the percentage of customers who would. If every response was answered with a 9 or 10, our score would be 100!

How Do We Use Our Score?

We use our Net Promoter Score to improve our customer service and make sure we meet customer expectations. Our team reviews each response to identify what we’re doing well, as well as where we can improve. In general, a positive score tells us that our customers are satisfied with our service, whereas a negative score indicates we need to improve.
